Brabantia is a family business that was founded by a group of 15 people in 1919. Since then the company has developed into the biggest supplier of touch-bin trashcans globally. Her mission is to make life just a little better with these beautifully designed products that are easy to use.
The products are sold through hundreds of physical sales points and the webshop of the same name. In order to check whether the company would be able to accomplish her online goals in 2015, Brabantia decided to work together with Tauros Media. The assignment was to perform a technical audit on her Magento webshop.
Tauros Media analyzed the webshop on five different points, which were: Magento coding standards, scalability, safety, performance and findability in Google. The results of the audit were shared with Brabantia in a personal meeting and are not to be published online.
What we can say was that Brabantia was satisfied with the audit and that she, thanks to our cooperation, decided to stop working with the current webshop developer. Brabantia mentioned that they will be using the help of Tauros Media’s e-commerce expertise in the near future.
